Two DJs or two mixing consoles, one sound system?
The ABS-1 Iso-Switcher makes it a one switch change over.
Front panel push-button switch silently switches between two pairs
of A or B female XLR inputs to a stereo pair of XLR male output connectors.
ARX ‘SoftSwitch’ technology achieves this with no loud thumps through the audio system when switching.
The simplest ideas are usually the best! The new ISO switcher is a stereo Input signal switcher for the extremely popular AudiBox range. A front panel push button switch silently switches between two pairs of A or B female XLR inputs to a stereo pair of XLR male output connectors. ARX ‘SoftSwitch’ technology achieves this with no loud bangs through the audio system when switching. Typical applications include switching between live band or DJ when both are using the same speaker system.

The new remote switcher silently switches between two pairs of A or B female XLR inputs to a stereo pair of XLR male output connectors.
ARX ‘SoftSwitch’ technology achieves this with no loud bangs through the
audio system when switching.
Input channel control can be selected in two ways:
Mode 1 by remote switch/relay closure (using an external power pack/wall wart),
or Mode 2 by 12–24VDC supplied from an EWIS panel or similar.
Typical applications include switching between audio systems, and EWIS emergency announcements. With no DC voltage applied, Input A, the default normal audio
signal is selected. When +12–24VDC is applied to Pins 3 and 4 on the Dinkle type connector, then Input B, carrying Emergency announcements, alarm signal, etc. is selected.
Frequency Response: 10 Hz to 50 kHz ± 0.5 dB
Power Requirements: DC Input +12-24 VDC Connector 2.5 mm center pin
Input Connectors: Female XLR, Pin 1 Audio Ground, Pin 2 + Hot, Pin 3 – Cold.
Output Connectors: Male XLR, Pin 1 Audio Ground, Pin 2 + Hot, Pin 3 – Cold.
Remote Switch and External Input: 4 Pin Dinkle type socket, 5 mm pin spacing. Dinkle Connector is supplied with each unit
Pin 1 and 2 Remote Switch – Open Input = Channel A selected,
Closed Input = Channel B selected.
Pin 3 and 4 Remote DC control – Pin 3 +12 - 24VDC (500 mA) Pin 4 0VDC / Gnd

The iSwitch is a unique precision piece of test equipment, being able to individually send a choice of two program sources to 10 pairs of powered loudspeakers, making it ideal for batch testing or demonstrating.
Applications
Individually testing or demonstrating multiple powered speakers or similar devices
For example, channel A could have pink noise or a sine wave, and channel B program material. Select either input A or B and just toggle between the two. Interlocking switches prevent more than one input being selected at a time.
Interlocking switches also prevent more than one output pair being selected at a time, so that each output pair can be stepped through by pressing the subsequent switch. A status LED shows which output is currently active.
All inputs and outputs are electronically balanced on Tip-Ring-Sleeve jack connectors, and loop outputs allow the Input signals to be looped to additional iSwitch units, for larger testing arrays to be set up.
Superb Audio Quality
The iSwitch’s ultra-low noise figures come from extensive use of premium components, plus care and attention to board design and layout. The result is superb, transparent audio quality and the headroom to accurately reproduce the most demanding input signal.
A and B input gains are adjustable from off through to +6 dB via level controls on the front panel. LED status indicators show which Input is currently active.
The unique ARX iSwitch provides a truly innovative solution to testing multiple powered speaker systems.
Gain: Off to +6 dB

The new i-Switch SUB is a unique precision piece of test equipment, being able to individually send a choice of two program sources to 10 pairs of powered loudspeakers and a choice of four Subs, making it ideal for batch testing or demonstrating.
Applications
Individually demonstrating multiple powered speakers and Subwoofers.
A front panel MUTE ALL switch and associated flashing LED allows you to mute everything when you need to answer questions or discuss comparisons and results without losing your level settings. The time constants for muting allow the signal to mute over a 0.5 sec window, and un-mute over a 1.5 sec period. This helps provide accurate level restoration without sudden ON/OFF level changes or damaging transients.
The dual program source inputs allow you to put, for example, program material into channel A, and pink noise or a sine wave into channel B. Select either input A or B and just toggle between the two. Interlocking switches prevent more than one input being selected at a time.
Interlocking switches also prevent more than one output pair being selected at a time so that each output pair can be stepped through by pressing the subsequent switch. Status LEDs show which output is currently active. Four different SUBs can also be selected and compared with each powered loudspeaker.
All inputs and outputs are electronically balanced on Tip-Ring-Sleeve jack connectors, and loop outputs allow the Input signals to be looped to additional i-Switch SUB units, for larger testing arrays to be set up.

The Qswitch is a quad-channel stereo switcher; a new addition to our popular AudiBox range of precision audio tools.
What does it do?
With this useful device you can:
Careful user-friendly annotation makes it easy to understand and to see which input or output is being switched. A bank of four latching interlocked switches means you can only select one switch at a time. A 'scribble-strip' lets you write above each switch with a Chinagraph® or grease pencil, so you can easily confirm what is being switched.
Its innovative precision design allows the Qswitch to be used in two modes:
The Qswitch has Tip-Ring-Sleeve (TRS) jack sockets that accept balanced or unbalanced signals.
How does it work?
On the right-hand side of the rear panel (see above), a left and right pair of jack sockets are marked IN/OUT.
If these are being used as the inputs, then the next four jack pairs are the outputs, and pushing the switches on the front panel makes one of the pairs active, depending on the switch you push.
However, if you are using these four pairs of jack sockets as inputs, then whichever switch you press on the front will switch that signal to the right-hand pair of jack sockets, and they will then be the outputs It really is as simple as that. No mode switches to set, no learning curve, no software to set up, just plug and play in the truest sense of the word!
Depending on which mode you use, you can cross out the IN or OUT notations with your Chinagraph® or grease pencil. If you change your mind and change the application, just wipe it off and cross ou the other. he heavy-duty, all-steel chassis is finished in attractive matt textured powdercoat, with hardwearing epoxy screen printing and slip-resistant rubber pads. The Qswitch is a totally passive device with no power requirements, making it a truly universal problem solver. Security features include Kensington®-type computer lock slot and optional bracket kit for under-table mounting.
